We come at the outside of a home the way a finisher does, not the way a volume crew does. We wash the surface properly, scrape and sand what is failing, caulk the gaps where water gets in, prime any bare or stained spots, and only then do we paint. The result is a finish that looks sharp the day we leave and stays that way through Chicago seasons, not just long enough for the check to clear.
